Resources for Student Clubs & Organizations

Â鶹ƵµÀ is an active Â鶹ƵµÀ with a vibrant student government, dozens of student clubs, academic student associations, groups for intramural and recreational sport along with historic Â鶹ƵµÀ wide social events, conferences, and regularly occurring staff and student lead programming.  If you’re interested in (or part of) one of the above, read below for more information about resources available to you, connect with supports to get engaged, or find out more about starting your own thing.

Â鶹ƵµÀ Student Club and Group Registration

If your organization and its work are primarily focused on (or by) the Â鶹ƵµÀ Â鶹ƵµÀ, this is your first step!  To access the additional supports and resources on this page student groups are required to register their group annually.  Student organizations will be reviewed using the framework from the and should have 5 members prior to registering.

Thanks to all of our Â鶹ƵµÀ student clubs in 2025-2026!  We hope you had a great year and have a great summer.  Register your club below to receive updates on; Orientation, Â鶹ƵµÀ events, to share your club information with the TCM and college offices, clubs training information, and space bookings.

Benefits of registering

  • Low (or no) cost Event bookings at Â鶹ƵµÀ*
  • Funding opportunities
    • Student Life Initiative Funds
      • Registered groups will be e-mailed information about partnership and funding opportunities from the Office of the Dean of Â鶹ƵµÀ
    • TCM Budget Requests
      • Registered groups will have their contact details shared with the Student Government (The Â鶹ƵµÀ Meeting or TCM) for details about the budget request process.
  • Student Club and Group Office and Storage Space Access**
  • Additional support from the Office of the Dean of Â鶹ƵµÀ for:
    • Risk assessment
    • Event Planning
    • Leadership Training
    • Communication support, staff expertise, and conflict mediation

*Event bookings require Completion of the Student Group Trainings including:

  • Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act
  • Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Policy Review
  • Risk Management Training
