Student Food Ambassador
Trinity’s Student Food Ambassador (SFA) provides guidance and support to their peers throughout the academic year related to food. They are responsible for helping to serve as a bridge between the student body and food services at the College.
Juliette Sallé
Juliette Sallé will be working as the Student Food Ambassador for the 2025-2026 academic year. Juliette is a fourth-year student double majoring in Physiology and Human Biology. She is looking forward to connecting with students and hearing everyone’s feedback on how Trinity’s wonderful food service team can create the best dining experience possible. ​
As the SFA, Juliette will assist with the planning and promotion of food and nutrition-related programming for Â鶹ƵµÀ students. She will also help with the collection, analysis, and implementation of student feedback to enhance the residence dining experience. At the same time, Juliette will manage the  account and co-chair the Student Food Advisory Committee (SFAC).
To engage with students, Juliette will host weekly office hours in Strachan Hall, the Abbott Room, and the Buttery – students are encouraged to connect with her during these office hours to provide feedback. SFA weekly drop-in hours:
Strachan Hall: Monday 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM and Wednesday 5:00 – 6:00 PM
The Abbott Room: Wednesday 10:00 – 11:00 AM and Friday 1:00 – 2:00 PM
The Buttery: Thursday 2:00 – 3:00 PM
